UK Standard Delivery: takes 7–15 working days once the order leaves our warehouse. This option does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and may be left in a safe place. For tracking queries, please allow up to 6 working days before contacting Customer Service. Delivery to Northern Ireland, non-mainland UK, and remote areas may take longer.

International Standard Delivery: may be delivered via local postal service and may not always include tracking. When tracking is available, your shipping confirmation email will include a link. Delivery usually takes 10–20 working days but may take up to 25 working days.

International Express Delivery: fully trackable delivery service. A tracking link will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days but may take up to 10 working days. Some remote addresses may take longer.
Orders including personalized items may extend dispatch times regardless of the chosen delivery service. Made-to-order or personalized items may ship via a non-tracked service. If not received, you must notify us within 45 working days of the shipment date.
Mexico: a valid Tax ID (RFC) is required. The shipping carrier will contact you before final delivery.

If your order contains items with different availability times, it will be shipped once all items are ready.
