Return Information

How to return your order:

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at contact@12jersey.com, providing your Order Number and Postal Code used in the purchase.

After contacting us, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return label.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated collection point.

Once your return is in transit, you will be able to track its progress.
Please note: it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after the item is received at our distribution center.


Returns Policy

  • Items can be returned within 365 days from the date of dispatch.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn/unused, with original tags and packaging.

  • All returns will be inspected before a refund is processed.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 working days after receipt of the returned item.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.


Important Information

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • Personal use items (such as underwear or swimwear) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Digital media (such as DVDs, games, or software) that have been opened cannot be refunded unless defective.

  • If the full order is returned within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the product cost plus the standard delivery charge (excluding any extra delivery costs if a more expensive method was chosen).

  • After 14 days, but within 365 days, delivery costs are non-refundable unless the products are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
