OBJECTIVE:
This Agreement establishes the partnership between 12 JERSEY and the AFFILIATE for the promotion and sale of football jerseys through digital channels.

1. COMMISSION

• The AFFILIATE will receive a 10% (ten percent) commission on each sale made using their exclusive coupon code.
• Payments will be made during the first week of each month, via bank transfer or PayPal.
• There is no minimum sales requirement.
• Commission rates may be renegotiated after 3 months, by mutual agreement.

2. COUPON CODE

• The AFFILIATE will receive the exclusive code: [CODE]
• This code gives customers a 10% discount.
• The code is personal and non-transferable, for the AFFILIATE’s exclusive use.
• 12 JERSEY guarantees that this code will not be assigned to other affiliates.

3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote products with honesty, creativity, and authenticity.
• Avoid false or misleading claims.
• Clearly label sponsored content.
• Do not use spam, deceptive tactics, or offensive environments for promotion.
• Respect the brand identity and values.

4. 12 JERSEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide access to the affiliate sales dashboard.
• Handle order processing and shipping.
• Make payments as agreed.
• Offer technical and informational support when needed.
• Inform the AFFILIATE about product or policy updates.

5. TERM

• This contract is valid for 90 days, renewable upon mutual agreement.
• Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ prior notice, without penalty.
• Upon termination, all due commissions for completed sales will be paid as normal.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

• Both parties agree to keep strategic and commercial information confidential.
• This obligation remains even after the partnership ends.

7. NON-EXCLUSIVITY

• The AFFILIATE is not exclusive to 12 JERSEY.
• Other partnerships are allowed, as long as they do not involve direct competitors.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• 12 JERSEY authorizes the use of its brand, logo, and product images solely for promotional purposes.
• The AFFILIATE does not acquire any rights over the brand or products of 12 JERSEY.
