If you need to request a return, exchange or refund, please follow the guidelines below.
Our policy is aligned with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and international best practices to protect your rights.
You have the right to change your mind and request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify:
The product must be in its original packaging.
Must not show signs of use, wash or alteration.
All original tags must be attached.
Include all accessories, gifts or extras received.
❌ We do not accept returns for items with removed tags, signs of wear or damage. Such items will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
Regardless of the reason:
The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered.
Must include all original tags and packaging.
Include any extras (stickers, bags, etc.) sent with your order.
If your product arrives defective or if we send you the wrong item:
✅ 12 Jersey covers all return and replacement shipping costs.
Please contact us with your order number, photos of the product, packaging and label so we can quickly verify and resolve.
If you ordered the wrong size, want to exchange for another model or change your mind after the 14-day window:
You are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to us.
You also cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Tip: Always check the detailed size chart and product info before ordering.
⚠️ Personalized items (with custom name/number) can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
They cannot be exchanged or refunded if the size, color or design was chosen incorrectly, as they are custom-made for you.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return to confirm it meets our policy.
Refund method:
Credit/Debit Card: Refund issued back to your card; it may appear in up to 14 days depending on your bank.
PayPal: Refund back to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
Other methods (Stripe, Wise): As per provider timelines.
