After payment confirmation:

At 12 Jersey, the price you see at checkout is final.
All customs duties, taxes and import charges are 100% covered by us.
You won’t receive surprise fees from local customs or your postal service.

Do NOT pay it – contact us immediately so we can handle it.
It’s your responsibility to enter your full, correct delivery address at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to:
Incorrect/incomplete address
Recipient not home after multiple attempts
Courier unable to locate address
Refusal to accept delivery (except for returns under our Refund Policy)
👉 We’ll offer to resend, but you’ll need to pay the new shipping fee, based on actual cost.
Returned orders under these circumstances do not qualify for a full refund, since the original shipping was completed.
