1.4. We reserve the right to cancel any Order made by a minor under the age of 18 where the consent of that minor’s legal guardian is not received. If you are under 18, you must ensure your parent or legal guardian knows and agrees before you buy anything online.
1.5. In purchasing our Products, you confirm that you are a consumer, meaning an individual acting wholly or mainly outside of their trade, business, craft, or profession.

- “Contract” means the contract formed between you and 12 Jersey each time you purchase Products from us.
- “EU” means any country or territory in the fiscal (VAT) area of the European Community.
- “Non-EU Countries” means any other country or territory not within the fiscal (VAT) area of the European Community.

3. Where do I find Product information?
3.1. Each Product is sold subject to its description on its product page, which may include additional terms concerning estimated delivery dates, warranties, and after-sales service.
3.2. We cannot guarantee that all Products will be available for international delivery to every country.
4. How is a Contract formed between us?
4.1. You place an Order by following the prompts and clicking the “Buy Now” button at checkout. We will send you an Order confirmation email detailing the Products you have ordered. Order acceptance and the completion of our Contract occur when you receive this confirmation email.
4.2. We are not required to accept your Order and may reject or cancel it for reasons including, but not limited to: the product being unavailable, inability to authorize your payment, a pricing or product description error, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. Your Right to Cancel and Return Policy
5.1. You have the right to cancel your entire Order within 14 days of receiving the Products.
5.2. We offer an extended return policy. You have up to 365 days from the date of dispatch to return Products for an exchange or refund, provided they are in original condition, unworn/unused, with all original tags and labels.
5.3. Your right to return does not apply to goods made to your specification, clearly personalized items, or products which by their nature cannot be returned (e.g., worn underwear/swimwear).
5.4. To exercise your right to cancel or return, you must inform us by contacting our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
5.5. Return Shipping Costs: – If you return Products within 14 days of receipt due to dissatisfaction, 12 Jersey Ltd will cover the cost of the return shipping. – If you return Products after 14 days (up to 365 days), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5.6. If you cancel your entire Order within the initial 14-day period (as per clause 5.1), we will reimburse the cost of the Products and the standard delivery charge. If you only return part of an order, only the cost of the Products will be reimbursed.
5.7. If Products are damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will refund the cost of the Products, the delivery charge, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning them.
6. When will the Products be delivered?
6.1. UK Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within the United Kingdom in 7 to 15 business days.
6.2. International Delivery: For orders outside the UK, delivery can take up to 30 days, depending on the destination and local customs processes.
6.3. Delivery of your Order may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. We will make every effort to keep you informed.
7.1. We accept various online payment methods, which will be displayed at checkout. Payment is made in the currency you select on the website.
7.2. For purchases delivered within the United Kingdom, all prices include VAT.
7.3. For purchases delivered outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are your responsibility as the importer.
