When you create an account or place an order with 12 Jersey, a profile is automatically generated. This profile allows you to:
Manage personal details: update your name, address and email information.
Change your password: reset or update your password anytime from your account dashboard.
Save addresses: add and manage multiple delivery addresses.
Order history: view past orders, check order status, and track shipments.
Communication preferences: choose whether to receive news and marketing updates from 12 Jersey.
Creating an account is not required to make a purchase. You can also check out as a guest. However, having an account makes it easier to track orders and reuse saved information.

Select “Forgot Password”.
Enter your registered email address.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
You may request the deletion or modification of your personal data at any time. To do so, please contact our support team using the email address associated with your account.
